At Verdu, quality and freshness are our priority. Because our products are perishable frozen food items, we do not accept standard returns. We carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
